AT YOUR SERVICE is an interactive, fun, informative course designed for small businesses with outward facing employees and food service industry workers.  


Small business employees and food servers are ambassadors who generate a positive front-of-the-house atmosphere, create a road to return patronage for the business in which they work and increased income for themselves. AT YOUR SERVICE provides each attendee with an overarching knowledge of customer service, quality concepts, tools and solutions to solve common service challenges -- and much more.
